Merry Christmas!

Yay! It’s that time of the year again.

No need for “please Christmas don’t delay” cos it’s here already :)

I look around the whole place, everywhere is decorated; shops, streets, homes…. everybody, just conforming to the season.

I love Christmas because it brings the year to a wrap and most especially because it’s the season of love. It’s the time when I’m reminded the most of how great love is.

Reach out to somebody this season, try to be the reason for the smile on their face, show somebody some love. It might not be anything very grand but remember that one great attribute of love is that it portrays giving.  There is no love without “giving” and giving here doesn’t necessarily refer to material things/substance…. When you love someone, you give them your heart, your trust, devotion…. But don’t forget that you must give something for it to be described as love.

When you’re all dressed up, rushing out to celebrate this season, don’t forget to put a smile on someone’s face, someone that may really be in need of that smile. Look around your neighbourhood, there’s always that certain someone.
